 Position Overview:

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing and Content Specialist with a passion for social media, content development, digital advertising, and metrics reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is skilled at simplifying complex topics into engaging, relatable content. You’ll play a vital role in delivering measurable results for our clients through thoughtful strategy and flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term retention.
  • Writing/oversight and editing of blogs, email campaigns, social media content, websites and other types of copywriting.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Optimize blogs to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
  • Create, manage and analyze targeted ads to reach specific audiences and generate leads.
  • Produce engaging social media content tailored to each platform to boost engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
  • Track time accurately, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain organized workflows.
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
  • Participate in business development and networking as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a PR/marketing firm or internal digital marketing preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital advertising, social media, blog optimization, and email marketing
  • Skilled in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management expertise and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client work and represent the agency at events.
